We use your information to contact you, including to respond to your questions, update you about your orders, and send you marketing communications such as emails and text messages where you have agreed to receive them or where the law allows.

3. Sharing Your Information with Meta

We share our customer list, which may include your name, email address, and phone number, with Meta so that we can measure and improve our advertising and show ads to you and to people with similar interests on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta uses this information under its own Privacy Policy and the Business Tools Terms. Meta states that it does not sell your data or our customers' data. You can control the ads you see through your Meta Ad Preferences settings.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Other than Meta, we do not share your information with anyone except when required by law.

4. Your Choices

  • Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email us at 3dxtrusion@gmail.com.

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Meta sharing: email us at 3dxtrusion@gmail.com and we will remove you from the customer list we share with Meta. You can also adjust your settings in Meta's Ad Preferences.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request that we correct or delete it. You may also ask us to stop sharing your information with Meta. To make a request, contact us at 3dxtrusion@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or share personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
